PMO/Stream Lead support, Next generation
Client is running a program for Next generation products during 2015 to;

  • Roll-out new website and Content Management System (CMS) to all market sites (appr 70 sites), on top of already implemented sites for US, France and International
  • Develop and enhance website with new content and functionality
  • Decommission old website and related applications and as well migrate other relevant digital platforms to the new CMSResponsibilities
  • Manage Program office
  • Secure program routines are established and followed
  • Prepare program meetings and Steering Committee presentations
  • Proactively follow-up on actions and plans
  • Manage program admin tasks (program documentation, accesses)
  • Guide Clients stakeholders to program routines
  • Assist Program Manager and support on ad-hoc activities

Stream lead support

  • Drive workstreams without appointed leads during initial phase
  • Support work stream leads, sub-project managers and suppliers
  • Identify coordination needs between sub-projects and line organization

Main Tasks

  • Collect and compile project status reports
  • Support coordination of program resources
  • Provide support to program team members
  • Prepare, participate and follow-up important meetings and workshops
  • Drive business analysis and business requirement analysis for work streams supported
  • Develop program stakeholder communication
  • Assist Program Manager with program routines

Competence Requirements

  • Experience from establishing and running Program management offices for complex programs over many markets and across multiple functions
  • Experience from business analysis and business requirement analysis
  • Understanding of IT and technology
  • Highly flexible and quickly to adjust to work in changing environment
  • Proactive and high stress tolerance level
  • Excellent communication & reporting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
